No. We do better when we see your live numbers, but if you'd rather walk through ours first that's completely fine. Bring your platforms; we'll handle the rest.
A working session. We audit, benchmark, and outline. If at the end you want to move forward you can; if not, you walk away with concrete things to fix even without us.
Absolutely. The calendar invite has a reschedule link. We're flexible.
You'll get a confirmation email with the Google Meet link, a short pre-read (3 min) about how we run the audit, and the option to send us anonymized screenshots ahead of time so we can come in with hypotheses.
