We ask before we assume. About the market, about what a customer actually needs, about why something broke.
Taoufik, Amine, and Omar started this. Read that story here. Here's what it's like to build it, from the people doing it.

We started in the GCC. We're still there, and we're not planning to leave.
We're a remote team and most of the team has never met in the same room.
Nobody here needs someone looking over their shoulder to do good work. And when a decision
affects someone, that person is usually close enough to actually weigh in.
Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Morocco, Egypt, the United States, Réunion Island. We cover the map and somehow still ship on time.

We say the real number, not the flattering one.
Stuck on something? Say it early. Nobody here thinks a question is too obvious to ask.
Feedback changes the roadmap. Not just the messaging.
We know roughly where the company needs to be in a few years. We break that into whatever we can actually finish this sprint.

I've been working at Journify for more than a year now, and what's stuck with me most is the friendly people, real room for growth, and none of that cutthroat competitiveness. You're constantly learning, and you actually feel like part of something bigger, not just another employee on a headcount list. — Yoanna, Partnerships team
I joined Journify as its first employee, so I've had the chance to grow with the company from the very beginning. We're a genuinely international team, and there's a lot of trust, flexibility, and room to take ownership. You get to work on real problems, learn as you go, and see the impact of what you build, which makes every step of the journey feel meaningful. — Mehdi, Engineering team
What surprised me the most after joining Journify was the level of trust and ownership you get from day one. Everyone in the team has been incredibly approachable and genuinely invested in helping, which gives a strong sense that we’re building something together. — Imane, Marketing team
People assume remote means you're on the outside looking in. Not here. I've never once felt like I had to fight to be heard or included, even sitting thousands of miles away. — Vanessa, Marketing team
Offices in Riyadh and Dubai, work from one of those or remote.
Medical insurance, covered.
Varies by country, you'll get the specifics with your offer.
You own part of what you're building, not just a salary line.
Not a screener. A conversation with someone you'd actually work with.
We look at a real problem together, live or as a short exercise. Either way, someone reads it.
Small team, short chain. You'll hear from us either way, and soon.
