Journify raises $4M to define the future of AI-powered, privacy-first data activation


Journify, a provider of Conversion API (CAPI) infrastructure and first-party data activation, has secured $4 million in funding. The round was led by global VC firm Silicon Badia, with participation from RZM and other strategic investors. This investment fuels Journify's mission to help brands send clean, complete conversion signals to ad platforms so their marketing spend works as hard as it should.
With customer acquisition costs (CAC) surging 200% over the past decade and digital marketing shifting toward privacy-first solutions, brands face increasing pressure to maximize data efficiency. Journify's platform captures, validates, and activates first-party data in real time, boosting ROAS, improving signal quality across ad platforms, and building the data infrastructure brands need to compete as AI-driven optimization becomes the norm.
Journify addresses key challenges performance teams face every day: low match rates, fragmented data sources, and conversion signals that never reach ad platforms completely. Its infrastructure enables real-time signal delivery, higher match rates for improved targeting accuracy, and continuous data health monitoring to catch signal degradation before it affects performance.

Since launching in March 2024, Journify has rapidly scaled to $1M in ARR within nine months. Leading brands including Jarir Bookstore have achieved significant improvements in attributed purchases and ROAS following activation on Journify's infrastructure. Journify-powered campaigns now reach millions of users across the GCC region. Strategic partnerships with TikTok, Google, Snap, and Amazon further strengthen the platform's delivery capabilities across major ad platforms.
