Is there a free plan available?
We offer a no-commitment free plan, with access to all destinations and features. As you grow, we want to grow with you. We have a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan.
What is a destination?
At Journify, a destination refers to any of the numerous integrations available for syncing data. We constantly add new destinations to our list. However, multiple instances of the same destination will only be counted as a single destination.
Can I try a new destination before getting charged for it?
Yes! You will be able to try out as many as five destinations before you will be asked to upgrade your plan.
What if my destination is not available now?
Our catalog of source and destination integrations is constantly expanding with new additions every week. However, if you do not see an integration that you need, please reach out to us and we will prioritize it for you.
Do you offer self-service billing?
Absolutely! Our Free, Growth, and Enterprise plans all come with in-app self-service billing support. With this feature, you can easily manage your plan, explore your usage, and view invoices directly through our user interface, without having to go through customer support.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
